The Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama has visited the Louis Vuitton´s store on Fifth Avenue in New York last Wednesday to celebrate her collaboration with the French fashion brand.
In honour to the artist, the Louis Vuitton´s building fachade has been spotted. Spots like the ones she wore -all in Louis Vuitton, from head to toes- and the ones in the new window installation inspired by her artwork.
D’you remember the spotted naked body of young Kusama?
The store´s windows pay homage to three themes from Kusama´s work : “Eternal blooming flowers in my mind”, “Self-obliteration” and “Beginning of the universe”.
Anyway, the great draw for customers will be… the brand new spotted bags. So would you like to enjoy one of them?
